We are a team of two who retired from education and are now pursuing a second career in property development throughout Vermont. An interesting choice for retirement, but let’s just say we weren’t quite ready to be put out to pasture so we bought a pasture to build on instead!

We’ve been married for over 35 years, raised two children into fine adults and are now moving on to the “next phase” where we get to do whatever we want. And with what we’ve learned in buying property in Vermont and building there, we decided to help others on this journey and expedite the process by using Amish timber frame builders in Ohio to work with you on a custom home that is built locally and then shipped to Vermont with a crew of Amish to be built in a week or two. Our daughter, a Vermont resident , will soonbe joining our team as a licensed real estate agent.
